Either make a challenge to a specific person, or an open challenge. But this is 1 vs 1 only.
If you need an example challenge then please refer to the Example Challenge thread in this forum.

When the battle is ready for voting, contact Grily and he will make a new thread in the Arena voting board with entries for the battle.

This is for fun and bragging rights, so its success relies on you!
