When giving CnC, please remember to not only point out the negative things you see in the work, but also the positive. Members will stop sharing their work if they get nothing but negative comments. Keep it light and DO NOT be cruel, remember we all started somewhere.
If you are cruel or too harsh in your CnC, you could stand to loose Reputation Points.
If you are receiving CnC, try to remember the replies you get are from people who wish to help you improve, if you get negative comments, don't take it personally.
Most of all, do not argue or fight with each other in these forums. That is what Private Messages are for.
Should your disagreement get out of hand, contact a staff member.
