SOTW - Alright so, the first suggestion would be to set a goal on a release date for Sotw - I.E once we get x-amount of members. A signature of the week would help us gain members and get known even more.
Donation - You should make a redirect at the top of the forums for donations, all of the donations we can possibly get will help us improve the forums and upgrade. Donations are always a good thing to have!
Staff - Don't recruit but ask enough people to fill the final spots, one for each, Moderator and Administrator, if you get more members then you'll want some trusted staff to help keep it clean. Also try your best to find a supporter that could help us GROW!
These are just some suggestions, I have more but they aren't as important as these ones.
