New acc

Hi guys so I created a new account bacause there were some problems with old one (I'm matrix2) but I think I have the same problem :(

Open Internet explorer window
Click the ?Tools? button
Point to ?safety? and then click ?delete browsing history?
Tick the ?cookies? box, then click ?delete?
