I would make the text smaller, it's too big + move it more down, next to the head.
I see you used mosaic, nice, but bot sides are a little plain.
I suggest you add something there.

Also, try to blend your render "into" the background.
Not too much, you still need to have depth, but you could erase the edges of the render with a soft brush.

Some tutorials are advanced, some are intermidiate, some are novice, some are beginner.
Maybe I'll organize them into groups later
